We had a fantastic family holiday with plenty of enjoyable activities and great entertainment options, but there are issues with overcrowded pools and sunbeds that can be frustrating. The food quality varied, and the beach location is still being improved, but overall, it was a lovely stay for our family.

Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our family. The pool areas were fantastic, especially with the water slides for the kids. However, the food and dining experience left a lot to be desired, as we often found it challenging to find something appealing, and the service was hit or miss. Overall, while it had great potential, there were areas that definitely need improvement.

What a fantastic all-inclusive experience! From our warm welcome at an early hour, where the staff swiftly assisted us with our luggage, to the impressively spacious and clean room, everything was delightful. The breakfast each morning was delicious, the grounds of the hotel beautiful, and the dining options plentiful with a wide variety of food available. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi in the room wasn't great, but honestly, who needs to be glued to their phone while on holiday? I can't wait to come back!

The hotel has become quite disappointing over the years. While the rooms are spacious, they lack consistent cleaning and attention. The overcrowded environment and dirty public areas make it hard to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is mediocre at best, with repetitive and cold food that leaves much to be desired. However, the entertainment and facilities have also taken a hit, making it hard to recommend this place for a family getaway.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel, which definitely does not live up to its 5-star rating. While the facilities, particularly the pool and slides, were great for the kids, the overall service and dining left much to be desired. The cleaning of the rooms was inconsistent, and the meals were often cold and repetitive. It felt more like a boot camp than a relaxing holiday, so I won't be returning.
